MAJOR room for improvement. I couldn 't believe what I just experienced as I was in the drive-thru line. We had a relatively small order, only having 3 donuts, 1 bagel, and a beverage. This order should not have taken as long as it did. I ordered and went up to the pickup window and that is where the mayhem began. We got our donuts and bagel without any trouble, and they said they would be right back with the beverage. Well, to put it straight, that did NOT happen! Dunkin, America runs on it. This store does a great job turning a line into a well running beast. The weekend morning rush comes and goes without fail between 9-11 there's anywhere from 2 to 16 cars wrapped around the building. But the crew keep it moving and the wait time is negligible.If you're ordering 4+ drinks food don't be a j go inside.
WORST dunks around. The employees just look at you when you come up to the register or the window. TWICE now after today, I was served after the people who ordered behind me in line because the staff at dunks knew the person, absolutely pathetic. Coffee always tastes like watered down toilet water.
We were third in line with zero customers inside. Took literally over ten minutes to get to the window. At the window they handed me a medium coffee instead of extra large. When notified about the mistake, they gave me an extra large black coffee. Missing cream, sugar, hazelnut and caramel.

They need to learn how to follow simple directions and how to make frozen coffees. We ordered 1 caramel extra extra with whipped cream and 1 regular frozen coffee with whipped cream. We got 2 frozen coffees regular with no caramel, no sugar and almost not even frozen. Gross!
I’m not sure why the drive thru girl had an attitude, I guess she didn’t want to make food an hour and a half before they close. Is it typical for Dunkin to shut down the food almost two hours early?
Order numbers should be announced when the order is ready. It's difficult for customers to sift through everyone else's orders to find theirs. It really isn't that complicated.
