The staff regularly show a negative attitude towards customers, often behaving rudely and unprofessionally. They frequently say they’re out of items that don’t require much effort to provide. Their work ethic appears poor, as they are often seen eating while on shift, right in front of customers. During my visit, I observed an employee giving her friend three dozen donuts for free just because he came to see her.
Worst Dunkin experience!! I ordered online and found out when I arrived that they didn't have what I ordered online. I was asked to replace my order with different things. I understand that they may run out of things but when I asked them questions aboutoptions, the staff who fixed my order was very rude. The items we ordered didn't taste the same as usual.
Good employees and customer service is hard to come by now days.. but I have to say that the workers here truly are an example of both are very sweet people. This makes a big difference for business if people will go back or not. I hope they getrecognition for all they are.

I really enjoy grabbing Dunkin' in the morning, but if you're looking for a macchiato, I recommend heading to the Starbucks down the street. At this location, you end up with about 40% foam in your drink.
The customer service was disappointing. The woman appeared unfriendly and had a negative attitude. The iced coffee was overly sweet, though the donut was tasty. That said, I likely won’t be coming back.
The woman who made my iced hazelnut latte was exceptionally kind. It's not often you come across such friendly people these days, and this was my first time having such a positive experience.
