I was really disappointed with my visit. I usually go there all the time, but today I went to get an ice cream cone and ended up being overcharged—once for the ice cream and again for the cone. I waited over 10 minutes before the staff even noticed me, as they were all preoccupied with their cell phones. It was frustrating and disheartening. I didn't want to just walk away without paying for my food because that felt rude. The staff definitely needs better training, and there should be improved communication.
I pulled up to the Dunkin' drive-thru at 9:40 PM and waited to be acknowledged. Despite greeting the staff, I received no response. I had checked their hours online and saw they were supposed to close at 10 PM. Not wanting to cause any trouble so close to closing, I decided to leave. However, as I was driving off, I saw someone inside taking care of closing duties. I wish they had informed us they were closed instead of leaving us waiting for no reason.
This is the worst Dunkin' I’ve visited. Despite giving them multiple chances, they keep getting my orders wrong and my mobile order is never ready when I arrive. On my last trip, I ordered two chocolate glazed donuts but had to remind them about it. When I finally received my order, they gave me regular glazed donuts instead. Their order accuracy is poor, and the coffee is consistently bad every time.
What can I say? If you're a Dunkin' enthusiast, this spot is exactly what you need. It can be a bit challenging to reach when coming from the south on Harlem, but it's very accessible from the north. I always get a decaf iced coffee, and while it can sometimes taste off or stale elsewhere, that's never the case here—I’ve never had a bad one. Definitely worth a visit!

I usually enjoy my drinks with ice, but my recent experiences at this Dunkin' have been disappointing. It used to be a good spot, but now with the new staff who struggle with English, I find myself repeating my order multiple times, which can be incredibly frustrating.
Wrong information on Google about time says that they open till 10pm and the truth is that they open to 9.45 that's what I been told by people who work there, so don't spend 20 min driving to get coffee if you can't get there before 9.45 pm.
