I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I asked for the bathroom key, the staff told me they didn’t have one, but we later saw someone return with it. When we brought this up, the staff claimed they didn’t appreciate my attitude and denied my son access to the restroom. In the end, we felt compelled to buy drinks and food just to use the facilities. As a Canadian, I've never come across such rude and judgmental behavior in customer service before. Overall, I would give the service and atmosphere a 1 out of 5.
I ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream at this restaurant, and I was disappointed by the lack of training among the baristas. Instead of the whipped cream I expected, the drink was topped with a French vanilla swirl. Additionally, it was supposed to be a frozen coffee, not an iced coffee, and I couldn't even tell if there was any milk in it. My friend paid for it, but if I had bought it myself, I would have requested a refund.
Okay I don’t come here often. But today I wanted a small frozen matcha with oak milk nothing crazy I even got a a croissant which was good. But why did my frozen matcha come out and it’s lighter than a mix child in the winter. And it’s not frozen it’s just chilled oak milk with a hint of matcha yeah I won’t be back Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast
Great place for breakfast and coffee before work. Sometimes they take a bit long and the line backs up, but the other 99% of the time is fast quick service. Terrible experience! The staff was rude and very unprofessional. When I requested a refund for an item they had charged me for but didn’t have, the manager reacted with a lot of sighs and frustration. Then, instead of handling the situation appropriately, they went on to scold the employee as if she were a child.
This restaurant provides an excellent breakfast experience at a price range of $1 to $10 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all earned top scores of 5. I highly recommend trying their delicious Egg and Cheese dish.
