The cashier was genuinely confused by my request, so she called her supervisor who immediately informed me that they were forbiden to make mixed flavorshakes by her manager. terrible. absolutely terrible. I go thru the drive thru. and whoever it was that took my order kept talking over me, wouldn?t let me complete my order. and was just flat out impatient and rude. nonetheless once I got to the window, he put down the wrongsize coffee, the wrong sandwich. and to top it off whoever bagged my food, completely forgot my boston cream donut. my absolutefavorite, and when I returned to talk about it the only response I got from the manager was ?i?m sorry, would you another coffeeon us?? no.
