On Monday, November 14th, I went in and ordered a medium latte with less ice and an egg and cheese sandwich. When I received my latte, it looked nothing like one—it was more like iced coffee. Her attitude was so frustrating that I forgot to take a picture. I asked her politely if she could remake the drink because it didn’t look right. She shouted, “You can’t waste this! Everything is so expensive, and you still have to pay for it!”

I really love Dunkin', but I don't think I'll be returning to this particular location unless I absolutely have to. I'm not sure if it's the way the manager interacts with the staff or if it's just one particular employee, but I've experienced multiple issues here. I've had my order taken by another customer twice because they announce the food items instead of the order numbers. It's common knowledge that multiple customers can have the same order. They really need to announce the order number instead of the food itself to avoid this confusion. To make matters worse, the employee had the nerve to blame me for not paying enough attention. Worst experience. I got 85 and 2 donuts for the 100 munchkins I ordered for 50 school children via Uber. When I called this place, a lady told me to go pick up the missing ones. I said I could not leave work, and she told me to contact Uber about the problem. I told her that it is not Uber's fault that I did not get enough munchkins. She then told me that she did not have enough munchkins, so she put two donuts for the 15 missing munchkins. If you cannot fulfill the order, at lease contact me so that I can order somewhere else. Totally ruined my party for my students.
I visited this location for the first time, and my experience was not great. The cashier was a bit rude; she didn't greet me and just asked if I wanted the buy-one-get-one-free donut deal. I ordered an egg and sausage croissant and a watermelon raspberry drink. Unfortunately, the drink tasted predominantly like green tea without any real hint of the other flavors. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and there was trash scattered around.

We went early Saturday, 6pm reservation. Greeted friendly and had the choice of seating.The food was properly cooked and presented very attractively. We ordered a bottle of wine the oversized wine glasses made the pouring sweetNot terribly expensive, great view of water, excellent customer service....I recommend this resturant.
The caramel craze latte here was really well made. Unlike at other places, it didn't have a bitter taste at all. The generous topping of whipped cream and caramel was fantastic!
Service was horrible. The lady at the register stupid got my order wrong . You need a more friendly person at the register. Also, she said something smart .
This is a great spot for coffee and donuts. The convenience of having a parking lot nearby makes it easy to stop by and grab your treats.

Friendly staff, but they do not offer a variety like most dunkins. Lol seems to be mistreated and lastly receive new articles, etc.
Out of all the Dunkin’ donuts I had, this one was the worst.
