This is our coffee house in the morning. I always go in instead of driving unless it's from hours, as it's usually faster. I don't think they're screwing my coffee in the billion-time. There were one or two small bugs on custom sandwich requests, but nothing important. My only complaint is that when I order with the app, they often forget to drag the pastry to go with everything else when I have ordered one. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I placed a pick-up order only 10 minutes prior and then waited another 10 minutes at the drive-thru before anyone approached the window. The staff member seemed unaware of the pick-up order and I had to wait even longer while he prepared it. It’s unbelievable that they didn't know about the online order. I ordered for a pick up 10 mins before and then waited another 10 minutes at the drive thru before anyone even came up to the window...the guy didn't even know there was a pick up order. I don't usually write reviews, as I've visited this Dunkin' Donuts many times without any issues. However, during my visit today, I encountered a young lady who expressed her disdain for Mexican people. It seemed like she was discussing a new customer, and she appeared to be so engrossed in her conversation that she didn't realize she was speaking in such an inappropriate manner in front of other customers. I was taken aback that she continued this conversation while I was present. She really should be ashamed of her words.

I don't go to dunkin donuts alot, unfortunately. But I have alot of friends n co-workers who love this store, n buy here everyday. On breaks or just after work I have been with them to this store n been impressed with how they greet, remember customers that come back , n handle long lines . This location if u ever go is nice n won't disappoint. Lately I have been back for donuts, lol.
I am absolutely obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts and have rarely been disappointed with anything I've tried. I enjoy how the menu is constantly changing. I usually visit the Dunkin' Donuts in Oakland Mills because it's conveniently located, but I've also been to several other locations, and I've always experienced fast and accurate service. This is your plain dunkin with ice cream. But the nice young lady that got our order last nite was on fire. We had a big order of banana royals, and a few single scoops. She hooked it up. Was fast, friendly, and nice. Keep up the awsome work. You know who you are.
