I visited Dunkin' for the first time yesterday and was very disappointed by the rude service. I needed a moment to look at the menu and let them know, but within seconds they accused me of holding up the line. They didn’t even tell us our total; they just grabbed our card, handed over the drink, and shut the window without a word. To make matters worse, despite informing them about my dairy allergy and requesting almond milk, they made my drink with regular milk. When we tried to address it, the employee just got angry instead of fixing the mistake.
The restaurant is clean and charming. The staff is efficient, ensuring no waits or delays. We came on a Sunday morning, and our order was served quickly and was excellent. I loved Dunkin’s avocado toast and also tried the raspberry chocolate drink, which was very refreshing. This Dunkin is conveniently located on the main road with ample parking available.
This is the best Dunkin' location I've ever been to! I've recently started working nearby and have been coming here for the past few weeks. They are the quickest Dunkin' I've encountered, and everything is always made just right. The hash browns are consistently crispy. I'm really fond of this store!
This is definitely the best Dunkin' we've ever visited. The coffee and food, including the donuts, are consistently fantastic. We've never had to wait more than five minutes in the drive-thru. The staff is not only efficient but also very friendly.
