Unfortunately, this Dunkin' location is one of the worst I've visited, which is especially disappointing given its proximity to my apartment. The staff are unfriendly and seem distracted, barely acknowledging customers when taking orders. I don’t plan to return. Instead, I suggest trying Haus Cafe down the street, where the service makes you feel truly appreciated.
The service is quite slow. It seems that online orders take precedence over those dining in. If you’re in a rush, I suggest looking for another restaurant. Aside from that, it's just a typical Double D's.
Please ensure that the Dunkin' staff adds more cream cheese to the bagels! It feels like I'm just eating a plain bagel with hardly any spread. The menu would be much better with a more generous amount.
The waitress appeared a bit uncertain about the usual order and required some help. She was probably new to the job but was very friendly. Nevertheless, the coffee was still outstanding. Book a table now
