If it were possible, I would give this Dunkin' just a quarter of a star. It’s by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've visited. The service is awful, and the store is often closed during its posted hours. Despite coming here daily, I manage to get a fresh iced coffee only about once a week. When staff do show up, they are slow, unprofessional, and seem to completely disregard customer service. I honestly don’t understand how this place remains open. If I owned this location, I would be very frustrated.
This Dunkin' location does not participate in the DD Perks program. The service leaves room for improvement, and the menu choices are fairly limited. If you want the full Dunkin' Donuts experience, it's better to wait until you're in New York, where there are many more options available.

Nice spot to stop during our travels. The only downsides were that they didn’t allow us to use the Dunkin’ app, and the iced tea tasted watered down.
