The ice cream shop has really fallen into disrepair, with mold visible on the walls. Things have definitely deteriorated since the new owners took over. I stopped in for a hot chocolate, hoping for the rich flavor I'm used to from Dunkin', but what I got tasted more like muddy water. When I asked the server about the strange flavor, she explained that they don’t use regular milk. The staff at Dunkin' are friendly and work quickly to take your order. However, they seem to be short-staffed. It took 15 minutes just to get a medium hot coffee. Minus one star for the wait and minus another because they forgot the sugar—I should have checked before leaving.

This Dunkin' and Baskin Robbins is quite nice. I enjoyed some strawberry ice cream, an Iced Chai Latte, and a jelly donut during my visit. The service was satisfactory, and the store was clean and well-organized.
The service here is always excellent, and the staff at the window are really friendly. They make the mornings much more enjoyable, especially after encountering some crazy drivers on the road at 10.
