By far worse experience i’ve had. Will be taking this with corporate after i leave this review. I live around the corner and i came a total of 3 times first 2 i let it slide but 3 times the same stuff keeps happening it’s definitely no excuse. ordered my food and drink didnt get my until 43 minutes ago swear. wasn’t rush hour either, the young lady making everyone’s food was taking 10 minutes per sandwich kid you not. if the food business isn’t for you then it’s best you get out and find a new place of employment. Totally unprofessional disgusting. All that waiting and my 1 singular sandwich was still made wrong and hash browns were undercooked?? not worth coming here. will travel a little b...
This location isn't too bad, actually. The employee working there was quite laid-back. While the place could use some cleaning, there's a sign inside explaining that they are understaffed, which is why it might take a while to get a sandwich or why donuts aren't readily available. It's a bit unfortunate. Even though Dunkin' Donuts is a large chain, these individual locations should be treated like local businesses. If you'd like to see improvements, it's important to support them more frequently.
Horrible customer service . Around 9 am I ordered 2 small hot coffee with caramel swirl and cream. I even tipped the cashier. I asked them if I could use the washroom , they start gossiping about me . After testing the coffee , I wanted one more pump ofcaremel swirl to one middle age Bengali lady.. Her behavior was very rude. She didn?t give me anything and said I?ve to pay 40cents extra . She was very rude . I would not recommend anyone to go there.
We stop at this Dunkin almost every morning today my sister went to the door then was let inside by a man then later I inquired that she was told after being Inside the store a female employee told her to either A) Leave or B) go into the drivethrough. This was extremely rude and disrespectful especially since she was let in and waited for over 10 minutes, but notallowed to order.

The service and employees were patient and helpful. Gave their input on certain options and helped you to choose the bets choice. Environment was clean and the time it took to order and then get your food was a reasonable time. The only thing I couldsay slightly bad would be that the bathroom is always closed or out of service. The food, service and employees were very good.
I generally find that my orders are correct, but be prepared for a wait if you've placed an online order. They often overlook customers and accumulate orders behind the counter. You really have to speak up to retrieve your order. I’m not a fan of having to do that, but it’s become quite frustrating. This has occurred several times now, with different staff members.
As always the staff were very nice.the wait time was a bit long and bacon undercooked.i had to take it home and finish cooking it.that took all the fun out of having Dunkin for breakfast.
