They really have it together! I go here everyday, order ahead and it's always there...right on target. Love the iced lattes. Even with the lines they keep everything moving smooth. Great friendly staff. I drive by a closer Dunkin because of the service here.
unfortunately in the line for 30 minutes for a coffee. we were the 8th in the line. Usually most thrus rock, but today this fell very short. the personal was nice what they could, but apparently underoccupied for the day?
Ordered two iced matcha lattes. They made them totally wrong and I didn’t bother saying anything because the lady taking care of me was extremely rude and had an all around bad attitude. Not coming to this location again.
These people were so busy, I don't know how they keep up and still get everything right. Line was long but worth the wait as per usual.
