I had an unpleasant experience with an employee at this location. She was a bit overweight and quite rude, often rolling her eyes and not acknowledging me when I tried to be friendly and wished her a nice day. I've been working with Dunkin' for a while, so I know how important hospitality is, and I always strive to treat my customers well. It's disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior. While I appreciate Dunkin' overall, this experience really stood out negatively.
Great spot with plenty of seating options, including a nice bar stool area. The donuts are delicious, but the coffee leaves much to be desired. The regular black coffee lacks flavor and is overly diluted, while the specialty drinks like cappuccinos contain more milk than coffee, resulting in a milky taste rather than a rich coffee flavor.
Just your typical Dunkin’ Donuts. The cashiers are friendly. Baskin Robbins is decent. Sometimes Dunkin’ runs out of items, which can be really frustrating. Avoid coming near the end of the week when they often have very little left.
