I visited this Dunkin' for the first time today after signing up for their app to take advantage of some offers. However, I was unfamiliar with how to find the deals on the app and hoped for some help, but the staff member left me searching on my own and went to take another order. I was quite disappointed by the lack of assistance and the stern, unfriendly attitude I received throughout my visit. There was no smile or kindness, which made the experience unpleasant.

The staff at Dunkin' were very rude and unprofessional. Two cars were occupying four parking spaces, preventing an elderly woman from finding a spot. I had to move my car to help her park. When I entered the store, the employees confronted me, asking why I took a photo of their cars blocking the spaces. Their behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable. They need to be held accountable. Service: Takeout.
Staff are extremely rude and trashy. They had 2 cars taking 4 spaces, a elderly women couldn't park her car, I had to move mine to the other side of the lot for her to be a le to Park.To my surprise when I entered the place they Gang up on my asking me why I took a picture of their cars taking two spots.They are trashy, unprofessional. I ordered a small coffee with extra sugar, but my coffee was served without any sugar. When I tried to take a sip, it spilled on me because the lid wasn't sealed properly! I also ordered a bagel, and it was burned. Could someone please remind them to include napkins in the bags? It's not like they have to pay for them!

Visited Dunkin' today at 7:30 PM and ordered a chai. I was served only half of a large cup, not even a full one. When I asked for a cup of ice, I was told they didn’t have lids for my drink. Overall, the service was poor. Took out dinner cost me $1–10. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered avocado and roasted tomato toast. It was hard as a brick. I ordered French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar…it didn’t taste sweet at all. I threw everything in the garbage, didn’t even finish it. Very disappointed
The staff here were wonderful and made sure I received my delicious order promptly. The location is also very convenient, especially with the drive-thru service.
What's not to love about Dunkin. It's my go-to place for coffee and of course donuts. I love their app and being able to customize and order ahead of time.
