This used to be one of the best Dunkin' locations around. They were fast, friendly, and accurate. Now, it’s not unusual to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to end up with undrinkable coffee. Today, I waited 20 minutes for the wrong coffee and then spent another 15 minutes at the counter before I finally gave up and left. The Dunkin' next to the post office across the street wasn't any better; their doors were locked, and I couldn't use the drive-thru because of the size of my work truck.
I bought $10 worth of menu items. When I got the food, I asked for ice water and was told that I had to be charged for it! REALLY??Apparently, this establishment is all about the money, not the customer or customer service. I should have known after seeing the sign on the door saying, "Restrooms are for PAYING customers only. "Greed over customers is never a good idea in any business. I won 't be back to that DD store!
Time listed for this location has them opened until 8 pm on the weekdays but that should really be updated to like 7 ish. I’ve tried to come in several time in that 7-8 pm time frame but have never had any luck getting someone to take my order. One time I was sitting in the drive through speaker from 7:15 pm to 7:30 pm when then turned off all the lights for the store
I always have a wonderful experience at the Pelham Bridge Street location (not in the plaza). I live nearby and visit at least four times a week, and they consistently get my order right, even though it's not always the same. My husband agrees that they are fantastic! Thank you for all your hard work! I believe we should start giving them tips!

Never again will I go to this establishment, nor the one in Pelham NH, for that matter.. owned by same d-bag... they actually charge you for extra swirl if you want more than one pump of a flavor... if the coffee is a medium ice you get one pump... so what do you get if it 's a small? A half a pump? Mr. B. YOUR A THIEF!
I ordered a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese, but when I got home, there was no cream cheese. The girl at the window was also rude; she handed me the bag and walked away without a word.
The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. The staff are extremely rude and consistently mess up my order. I won't be returning!
