Dunkin' - Table reservation

It was a Dunkin and it was about 8:30ish, but the employees seemed way over stressed as if they were in constant fear of something, then I noticed way more than a usual number of cameras on the employee side of the counter and a 1 way plate glass window where someone may be watching them from.? I 'm not sure if I was just not charged sales snack tax or if they 've included it in the price, but either way, the math is off, unless they need to update their prices. Price on the wall was $11.99 for dozen donuts and $11.09 for 50 Munchkins (May have reversed these.? Maines 'prepared foods tax ' is 8%.

The guy this morning took my order, gave the coffee roll, then started serving 3 guys behind me without getting my drink. Thankfully the woman on shift noticed after a few orders that I was still standing there and got me the dragonfruit tea refresher (I'd somewhat understand if I got a complicated order, but this was ridiculous) Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4

You walk in to loud beeping of the fire alarm going off at the panel in the entryway. Makes you want to leave before you walk in. Once inside you can’t get waited on at all. I did hear them ask a customer what his order was. It should have been on each cup and on a screen. There were only 3 people. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their service is so incredibly slow, I’ve never experienced a slower drive through. I was able to write this review while waiting in the drive through Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty basic dunkin. We waited an extra long time in the drive through. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
