I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to a short Caucasian woman with glasses who was quite rude. She appeared to be overwhelmed, likely because she was the only staff member on duty. The restaurant was messy, and the donut rack was empty, which led me to decide against placing an order. I've visited before with a different team, and they were fantastic! Unfortunately, if this woman remains in her position, she may drive customers away.
I was happy to find a Dunkin’ just off River Drive in Elmwood Park. Even better, this location also has a Baskin Robbins inside. I walked in and ordered a medium Cappuccino Blast. Usually, I pay around $5.75 to $6.00 for this drink in Newark, but here in Elmwood Park, it cost me $6.92! With inflation, I’ve been cutting back on eating out and buying coffee drinks. It was a nice treat, but not something I’ll be doing again anytime soon.
I usually get my drinks from the Patterson Dunkin' store, but when I visit Dunkin' myself, I prefer the River Road location in Elmwood Park. They always have my order ready on time and get it right. The Patterson store often mixes up caramel with mocha, but the River Road location consistently prepares my mocha correctly every time. Their menu offers great choices, making each visit enjoyable.
The experience was positive overall; however, the coffee lid wasn't on properly, and I ended up with only three-quarters of a cup of coffee, which created quite a mess. Book a table now
I frequently dine at this restaurant in the early mornings. The service is prompt, and the food is expertly prepared!
I really love this Dunkin'! Rosie and her team are always prompt with my orders and greet me with a friendly smile.
Big thanks to Dunkin' for letting me charge my phone so I could watch the events tonight for the first time.
I got my donuts at 10 AM, and they were really hard. It's definitely too early in the day for stale donuts. Book a table now
