08/11/2023 went through drive threw around 6:30am. The quality of the food was satisfactory but the person servicing the window had very little to no customer service skills. After receiving my food I asked for napkins(none was in the bag) ketchup and a extra jelly with a knife. the worker at the window told me that it will be 50cent for these items with a attitude without even looking up from his phone and I gave him the money. The worker gave me a plastic knife with no plastic touching the top with gloves or a napkin after handling money. still no napkins and the jelly. when I then asked for ketchup again he then proceeded to grab a handful of ketchup and throw it at me. The lady who took the order at the drive thru was very short and had a nasty attitude. The guy at the pick up window was nice. He made up for her rudeness.
