barehands being used after touching mops. aside from 1-2 employees the rest of them is nasty and will talk about you in another language bad they are preparing your food. you can almost sense they aren't very genuine and act if they are sitting on a gold mine. not to mention very sour and poor attitudes.
This is the first Duncan Donuts I have been to in Long Island in the past year that gets your phone order right.My unfortunate experience is on several occasions at multiple locations, items were missing in my bag, mainly donuts.
The restaurant offers a wide selection of both donuts and ice cream cakes. We enjoyed incredibly fresh donuts during our visit. The service was good, although the restaurant was bustling with activity.
