My husband went in to buy three glazed donuts and one blueberry glazed donut for me. First, the two employees ignored him while they chatted about their boyfriends, and he could hear every word. After a while, they finally asked him what he wanted, but he had to repeat his order twice. Instead of getting it right, one of the employees made three blueberry donuts and one glazed donut! When my husband pointed out the mistake, she just threw the entire bag in the garbage and started over. Honestly, that was so wasteful and unprofessional. It's no surprise we haven't visited this place in years!
I just sat in the drive through window FOREVER.. mind you with NO response from anyone at window....a hold on we will be right with you would be nice to know you are open at 3:50pm. we asked twice if they were there ....with no response the 3rd timeasking she told us to hold on she was rude... made us wait even LONGER we pull up to see what the wait was for no one was therethat would have caused a delay. They were talking at front register. The workers meaning.. they seen us pull up twice to seewhat they were doing then decided to come to window... we left that was rude as hell.
Horrible service and burnt old coffee. This place has slowly been going down the tubes. Rude, obnoxious staff that serves burnt, old coffee. We have written corporate, filled out surveys for feedback and now I feel the need to Yelp so the owner sees this. Today, the tattooed woman, mark under right eye and tattoo on her neck was vaping. Yes, vaping by the food cooking area. No one stopped her. I thought the girl with dreads was the manager but she said nothing. Fix this store!!! Someone hear us. The coffee is so bitter because no one cares.
Horrible. Usually they?re decent enough when I go there and only slightly mess up my orders each time(which is still bad enough). But today they tried overcharging us for extra items we didn?t ask for and they gave us a cracked broken cup that wasleaking the whole car ride home. Seminole Blvd location is the best one I?ve ever been too around here I recommend them a lotmore.

I've called this business three or four times in the last 2 weeks and they never ever not even once answered the phone and these are in the evening hours to find out information for breakfast and they are not that busy I work right next to this establishment these people you don't care about our business because you won't even answer your phone thanks had a great experience
I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is consistently friendly and quick. Recently, I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong place and ended up here instead. The manager was incredibly kind and helped me sort out my order.
Cold brew is good but Since when do they start charging for ice water I get inflation and I’m using cups from them but even the starbucks doesn’t charge for ice water.. been going to this Dunkin since it opened and never had this issue
Angel is an absolute angel. Her positive, upbeat personality (even at 5 am) was incredibly refreshing this morning, just like the iced coffee she made for me. Thank you for getting my day off to a great start.

This is the only Dunkin’ I've visited that truly listens to customers, and they get my order right every time. It's also very kid-friendly, especially with their Munchkins!
