Dunkin' - Table reservation

My husband went in for 3 glazed donuts and 1 blueberry glazed for me. First, the two employees ignored him standing there while they discussed their boyfriends. He heard every word. Then finally, they asked him what he wanted. He had to say it twice. She proceeded to do the opposite with 3 blueberry and 1 glazed! My husband told her and she dumped the entire bag in the garbage and started over! Really? Wasteful and so unprofessional. No wonder we haven't been there in many years!

I've called this business three or four times in the last 2 weeks and they never ever not even once answered the phone and these are in the evening hours to find out information for breakfast and they are not that busy I work right next to this establishment these people you don't care about our business because you won't even answer your phone thanks had a great experience

I never have any problems when I come to this location. The staff is always friendly and fast.I recently had an incident where I mobile ordered to the wrong location and came here instead. The manager was so very kind and helped me get everything that I ordered.

This is my Dunkins and I love the people who work there and the service I receive. My drinks are always made perfectly.
