Good, but they don’t have enough sprinkle donuts—only old fashioned and chocolate frosted, no strawberry sprinkle frosted. Management needs to ensure the store is stocked with products for customers since it’s open 24/7. They also need to organize or change the signage. Because of how the signs are positioned, some customers drive to the window without placing their order first, which is very dangerous and can cause accidents or inconvenience between customers and staff inside the store or those entering from Saint George Ave.
This is literally the worst dunkin in the State of New Jersey. I don’t know who manages this one but they never have anything, even the new menu items they never have when I go in and want to try. My order is consistently wrong. Today they filled my coffee up with almost all milk and no coffee (probably because they were too lazy to make more) . My coffee literally looked white! I’m done going here. They’ve ruined my morning for the last time.
The staff at Dunkin’ are fantastic. Although they frequently hire new employees throughout the year, which can sometimes cause slight delays, everyone is friendly and hardworking. The coffee is great. One time, an employee made a mistake with my order, but she quickly apologized and immediately prepared a new one. The place is clean, but the only downside is that it’s no longer open 24 hours and now closes earlier.
I visited Dunkin' this morning and ordered two medium coffees. The woman at the counter didn’t even greet me. I asked for my coffees to be half milk, half coffee, but when she handed them to me, she had put cream instead. She was rude, throwing both cups over the counter toward the sink. There was barely any milk in the drinks. This was my first and last time coming here—I’m very disappointed.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin to visit, always friendly, always fast. This is no longer the case. I understand they are most likely short staffed like many places are these days. But the orders are taking way too long (20 minutes for a coffee and bagel bites) and the staff is rude to the customers. I will not be going back to this location again.
I go here often because its on my way to work. I've ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese on 3 different occasions expecting and hoping the bagels would be fresh but ALWAYS stale. Ive also ordered the bagel bites and its the same freezer burn smh. The coffee is good and pretty consistent but I wouldn't order anything else..
The coffee at this restaurant is fantastic, but the bagels often come out soggy. They could really use a better toaster for improvement. On a positive note, the staff is consistently friendly.
The staff is friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, they often run out of the blue raspberry flavor Coolatta.
