wish i could give this place 0 stars. worst dunkin in crofton. staff is mad dismissive and plain rude. it is the same staff all the time. according to them they didn 't get my doordash pick up order (for myself , though clearly on my phone i showed them i am in fact at the *right* dunkin donuts, i had *paid* for the food, and the *store confirmed it on doordash*. clear as day right there on my screen. casually turned away and went about working while i stood confused, i was told to just call doordash (with incredible disrespect as if it was my fault , nothing else. thanks dunkin!!!! i didnt have breakfast this morning!!! and you made me late for work <3 instead of listening to music this mor...
came to get a cappuccino and asked for my normal order of 2 French vanilla swirl pumps. kassierer pretended that she didn't understand or speak English so another woman showed up and said it was right despite the sticker. refused to correct the order and pretended that they did not understand English, but when I took my order. will not be back. disappointed.

I found this place in the necessity of cleaning and keeping attention. it needs a müll can fall right in front of the door for all the cup plugs as soon as the people get out. I really like the ideas of the plugs to keep the cogs warmer and before the spray. we had to park in another crowd and walk over a week than other people

It took over 15 minutes to receive my small order, while I watched others before and after me leave with much larger orders. Eventually, the manager noticed me still standing at the counter and asked if he could assist me.
this forgets in the usually my cream cheese, but are in possession of the same person. I'm sure there are positions here. looks a little understated. 4 stars, otherwise it's a clean dunkin', that's safe!
Very short tempered and impolite man taking orders in the drive through and then food was sloppily tossed in bag, frosting coming off donut, napkins all crumpled up. Going to avoid this store.

clean space and faster service. a young lady who worked the front did not really drink my job. she put during the milk in my chair tee and not skip and put two pumps of chai instead of one.
Do not visit Dump Dunkin, it is an irresponsible establishment. That is my recommendation after a disappointing experience there.
