You would have thought I asked her to build a start up to rival space X and origin by how perplexed she was. We were driving home from Folly Beach looking for something for breakfast. We pulled in the parking lot to find out that you could only go inside if you had a online order so we proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted with the mostunenthusiastic worker. We placed our order and drove to the window. We asked the lady if we could have a cup of ice and sheresponded ?we?ll see.?. Once we get all of our food, it?s lukewarm, the cheese wasn?t melted, it was dry and the sandwich tastedand smelled like cardboard. We also got a chia tea latte and French vanilla latte and they were the same drink. The lack ofkindness and quality will make me rethink Dunkin again and I will definitely not dark...
I’ve been wanting to switch from SB to Dunkin for a while for many reasons. This location has absolutely awful customer service which is a dealbreaker for me. I got to the speaker and was greeted with a “what do you want”. After placing the order I was told to “pull up”, no thank you or I’ll have that ready for you at the window. For that, I will unfortunately not be returning to this location for a while. At least at SB they have manners and are always happy to help, I can’t eat anywhere where I feel like a burden for placing an order. Please reevaluate the persons you hire, they will ruin your business.
This is the worst dunkin donuts in the columbia area and thats saying something. I hate having to work on this side of town and come here. I always thought it was a fluke bad day but this is the 3rd time ive come here in a 2 month period and they arealways rude, out of whatever donuts you want, and the dine in area is closed to everyone except online pick up orders whichmakes absolutely no sense if you dont want to wait in the drive thru to find out they are out of whatever you want. Just driveto another one or use the bojangles next door. Its never worth the trouble.

We went in the afternoon, before 3:00 p.m. and their donut case was virtually empty. There was very, very little to choose from and what was there was old and sad looking. We ended up getting plain cake donuts and powdered donut holes and they were dry. ?️ The two people working behind the counter obviously wanted to be somewhere else and that showed. They did their job and were not rude but they were also not polite or friendly.
This Dunkin donuts has no bagels no muffins I know it's a donut shop but all the Dunkin donuts have ever went to have muffins and what's going on. Went to it one day they couldn't give you service on the inside you could only use the drive-thru. The next day that I went they didn't know how to put my points on the card because I paid for it with cash.
They are so understaffed. You can't go in and order. It's drive through only. They only have two employees and the line is so backed up. I feel bad for the two girls working. They are definitely trying to keep things moving the best they can. They havehelp wanted signs up but as we all know no one wants to work ???????????
The product is what it is. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Really don’t like being treated like a bother to employees working an empty store. I also shouldn’t be waiting so long for an order I placed ahead on the app.
