This location has one of the most wonderful, friendly, and skilled groups of staff I have ever come across. They always greet everyone with a smile, and if you’re a regular, they remember your name and how you like your coffee. It was 7 PM on Sunday, May 1st, and this happened to me for the second time. I ordered a dozen donuts, and every single one was stale. Paying $13.99 for a dozen is one thing, but paying that much for stale donuts is unacceptable. I was embarrassed to serve these to my guests.
I had a fairly good experience at the restaurant. I did have to search for straws, but my drink was crafted just right. I placed my order through the mobile app for pickup, and they honored my request for less ice, which I truly appreciated.
