I go to this Dunkin' Donuts every day, sometimes even multiple times a day, so I'm familiar with the entire staff here. This location has one of the most beautiful, friendly, and capable teams I've ever encountered. They always greet everyone warmly, and if you're a regular, they remember your name and how you like your coffee. It's not just me—I've noticed the same warm treatment extended to other regulars as well. Often, your coffee will be ready when you walk in because they recognize you in line. It was 7pm on Sunday May 1st. Twice this happen to me. Ordered a doz. Donuts And every one of them was stale. It?s one thing to pay 13.99/doz. It?s another to pay that for stale donuts. I was mortified to serve these to guest.
It was a decent experience. I did have to look for straws, but my drink was made perfectly. I ordered through the mobile app for pickup, and they followed my request to use less ice, which I really appreciated.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. They charged me too much, and the pumpkin spice latte was not good at all.
The cashier seems to have difficulty understanding what you're saying and consistently gets the order wrong!
