I ordered a hazelnut iced latte and asked for just two pumps of syrup, but they clearly didn’t listen. Instead, they dumped in way too much syrup—like two entire bottles! It was overwhelmingly sweet, and I had to throw it away. This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited; they consistently mess up orders. They seriously need new management or should consider closing. The Baskin-Robbins ice cream here is always soft and melted by the time you leave. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Avoid it—it’s not worth your money!
The staff at the restaurant are fantastic. However, the wait time for children's breakfast orders in the morning is excessive. My granddaughter had to leave without her meal because it was getting too late for her class. I had to drop her off and then return to pick up her order to take it to her school. They really need to have more staff on hand during the morning rush on school days.
Today, July 5th at 11:27, the Dunkin' employee with a beard who took my order was very rude. He gave me the wrong order, snatched the food from my hand, and returned my money abruptly. I won’t return until that employee is no longer working there. If this is how Dunkin' treats customers, I will never come back. There’s a proper way to handle situations, and that was definitely not it.
The staff, including both servers and cashiers, are incredibly polite and respectful, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you're among friends. I always look forward to visiting, whether to journal or work on a project, as the environment is peaceful and inviting. My only concern is the limited seating, but it hasn't posed a problem during my visits.

I made a mobile order, but when I got there, it wasn't ready. When I asked about the wait time, the server reacted poorly and was also rude to other customers. When I requested to speak with the manager, Hasan said he would attend to my order when he had the chance. I don't understand why they offer mobile ordering if the food isn't prepared when you arrive.
The donuts were scrumptious, but I was let down by the strawberry bubble drink. I didn't find the texture of the bubble skins very pleasant. On the bright side, this place seems kid-friendly; I think children would have a great time with the fun of the bursting bubbles paired with the strawberry flavor.
I had a great experience this morning (10/08/2022) around 6:50 AM. The woman at the drive-thru was amazing; she didn’t have to ask me multiple times and got my order perfectly on the first try. She’s the best employee I’ve encountered at this Dunkin’. I hope they keep her! Big props to her!
