I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It all started when an employee named Pooja mistakenly took the wrong order and instead of resolving it, she began to argue with me. I had ordered two regular coffees, but because of the mask I was wearing, there was some confusion. She ended up giving me one coffee and insisted that I had only ordered one. When I placed a separate order for the second coffee, another employee handed me a full cup of hot coffee, but the lid wasn't secure. It spilled and burned me. To make matters worse, the two employees continued to argue in front of me. I will definitely not be coming back.
This establishment is quite disappointing, with rude and manipulative staff. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are subpar. One employee, named Pooja, is frequently confrontational before even taking customer orders. They seem to lack any understanding of customer service. The atmosphere feels chaotic, as if the staff were overwhelmed. It gives the impression that untrained individuals are employed here, as there seems to be a lack of basic courtesy.
I had a disappointing experience at Dunkin' because of the poor customer service and unhygienic conditions. The restaurant was very dirty and infested with flies. Another customer and I waited for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged, despite the woman at the counter clearly seeing us. When I noticed the flies on the food, I decided to leave, as I couldn’t tolerate the lack of service and the unsanitary environment any longer.
I went to Dunkin’ to pick up a box of Munchkins but ended up rushing out because there were at least two dozen fruit flies swarming over them. When I asked the employee behind the counter if they were fresh, he assured me they were. This was around 7:30 last night. Definitely not acceptable!

I ordered an iced americano, after paying I picked up the drink and it?s hot. I said I ordered an iced americano and he insisted it didn?t exist.
When I arrived, there was a long line, but they did a great job of getting people through efficiently. My coffee was made exactly as I requested.
