Absolutely disgusting! I'm not a big restaurant/ going out type of person but occasionally I'll get some eggs while out. I walked in and the young lady was fine but her male co-worker was wiping his hands all over his nose and the girl asked if he wanted to make my order. UM,I DONT THINK SO!!! WHERE ARE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES WRITTEN? SOMEONE MUST HAVE BEEN ABSENT DURING THE TRAINING. I think even without training, one should know how to keep his/ her disgusting habits out of the work environment. I just wanted to express how wonderful Muhammad, Nicole, and Emma are. They are fantastic individuals and hardworking employees who always brighten my day. I'm really pleased that the other staff member, whose name I won’t mention, is finally no longer here, as he really brought down the atmosphere of this place. Now, I genuinely look forward to visiting when any one of those three is on duty. They are valuable assets to the team, and I hope to see more positive reviews coming in now that the weak link has been removed!
This Dunkin' Donuts is honestly the worst I have ever experienced. The first time I visited, the workers were unfriendly. When I returned for ice cream, it felt like I was asking them to perform brain surgery. I don't know if they were on drugs, but the workers were rude and not attentive. The guy at the counter even asked me if I was mad, despite me not showing any rudeness. The staff is completely unprofessional.
I have ordered from them a couple of times now and my order was wrong every time I never get what I ordered and what thay decide thay want to send me is old hard and nasty. And when I try to call them the phone is off the hook and or no one picks up!! Don't bother getting anything from this place!

Worst customer service. The owner/manager has a bad attitude problem. I wanted to make sure if my order was placed right because the receipt didn’t show the right order. His reply was, "Unfortunately, we know what we are doing.” We are not going back to the location again.
Amazing coffee. Amazing staff. A casual and happy atmosphere. Zeynep is a hard worker who offered friendly service and became someone I look forward to seeing when I go (which I go here very often since this is my favorite DD).
