The service in the morning (from 6 AM to 7:30 AM) is far too slow. It's uncommon for staff to come out with an iPad to take orders, which really extends the wait time. They need to be more aware that customers are trying to get to work on time and should demonstrate a sense of urgency, especially when there’s a long line.
The young woman with half purple hair who takes orders outside on the iPad seems to dislike her job, and it creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. If someone is unhappy in a service role, it may be better for them to move on. I suggest considering letting her go for the benefit of the customer experience.

"My dad and I had a great lunch at George's today! We both ordered off the lunch special menu. His sloppy George with shoes string fries was amazing. My Thai fish tacos were really good. We had lots of food, drinks with refills and good service for $20. I will definitely go back."
