It's good food at a reasonable price. Man, I am surprised at all the bad reviews on here. We had family that moved from Tulsa to Dallas over a year ago, and whenever they come to visit this is one of the places that they miss going to! Sure, it's not the best Italian ever, but the dishes are good, and the prices are reasonable. I had the chicken marsala last night and it was a good, thick, hearty sauce, with plenty of mushrooms which I enjoyed, and angel hair pasta. I've been around for decades with every zio in oklahoma (tulsa and okc.) this one I visited in 2006 or 2007 and the quality was great. at the time it was better to eat than olive garden and also cheaper. management and staff were great. it was as if they were in a good restaurant without the prices. one of the last times that I was at this point, we were greeted by a very large customer who passed gas when she left the door. the waiter was a blunt skull. The sauces are frozen!!! And they call themselves a homemade kitchen, pathetic! I was not pleased with the service, our waitress didn't seem to know the menu and messed up our order. I talked to the gm Seth and was shocked how rude and unprofessional he was. I also noticed he was on his cell phone through out the dinner shift when it was busy. He should have been helping the employees instead of texting. Ken Selby needs to come back and restore the original Zios!
that was the most disappointing experience. I came to zios most of my life, and I have observed the steady decline in what it is now. unimpressive eating, bad personal or under personal, and every time we come, everything gets worse. the last stroh changed the house clothes - it was the reason why we came and now tastes like chemicals. the things have to be put up here.

mcdonalds makes more appetit. eating here is not even made home it is all process sauces and meat, even if the whole waiting staff says it is homemade. every time I came in this zios, the bathroom is dirty, I always see cockroaches and haare in my eating. So I will tell all my firefighters and my family, not come to one of the zios.
Sauces aren't home made anymore, it's frozen, very disappointing. I had to deal with the manager Seth and he was without a doubt the worst manager I've seen. Whoever put him in the management position must have been desperate. He was unprofessional and rude and very disrespectful.
Ragu. Not worth it at all. Like another reviewer said, it tasted like something out of the freezer section. Also, the waitstaff was inattentive. Have given them a few chances now and I give up on this place.
the last couple of times I've had with this zios, I was very unimpressed. the service was bad and rude. eating is okay, but really not better than the olive garden. that is not a supplement.

Will never go back. Pasta dishes have as much flavor as cardboard. They do as much justice to Italian as taco bell does to Mexican cuisine
