Popped in for a drink. Very friendly and excellent staff. Decided to stay to watch Premier League match with a second drink and saw customer bringing in fish and chips from next door chippy. As pub doesn't do food it is accepted that you can bring in own food, take-away etc. so we did. Enjoyed match as our team won! On leaving the very polite and friendly landlord took time to thank us for visiting and custom. Very much appreciated. If we visit Ross-on-Wye would certainly pop in for a drink. BTW chippy next door ecellent.
We went into this pub for a quiet drink with our beagle. Our beagle was attacked by a nasty cat our dog did not retaliate as she was on a lead and under control as dogs should be when in a pub. We walked out to find our dogs face was bleeding from cat scratches. What is the point of having an aggressive cat roaming around a pub that is supposed to be dog friendly. We will never go in this pub again
I took my brother out for a night and was surprised by what happened. The owner welcomed us in, and soon after we were offered a selection of drugs. Be cautious of Joe, as he can provide what you're looking for. If you decline, it could lead to a chaotic situation outside.
If you are after a friendly pint in good company then this is the pub. Great for sport really good atmosphere and fast service. Probably the best landlord in the area he will do everything he can to help you time be enjoyable.

The restaurant offers excellent service, a wide selection of beers, wines, and spirits, and great prices. Additionally, there are plenty of TVs showing sports games. What more could you ask for?
This pub has been taken over, so no longer serves food! Very disappointed. The landlord friendly, he a told us where to go for Sunday lunch.
