Whenever I order for delivery I always get contacted by 2 or 3 drivers saying they either dropped it because it was already 20 mins late or will be another 20 mins. I'm not the only one...I even confirmed this by calling the store. It's only when the customer isn't physically there. If they can't see you, you don't matter. I am not sure why this restaurant has received low ratings. They have a separate fryer for gluten-free items and offer some of the best options in the area. Every server I have encountered so far has a good understanding of what gluten-free means for someone with celiac disease. This is one of my top choices for dining out. Their calamari and fish tacos are excellent! *chef's kiss*

They said they knew about celiac disease and cross contamination and would be able to supervise the order. They have a dedicated fryer, but unfortunately got my fries order mixed up and i ended up getting glutenated.

I have tried their larger and tastier burger and fries multiple times (the only good option for me as I am also dairy-free) and have never felt ill. They also have a separate fryer for frying.
