Zu eurer angesprochenen Frische in eurem (jetzt gelöschtem Kommentar: ich würde es nicht als frisch bezeichnen (vor allem für ROHEN Fisch , wenn das Sushi von morgens bis abends dort liegt sprich 17(! Stunden; würde mich außerdem nicht wundern, wenn das Sushi noch vom Vortag ist, weil ich es bei der Quantität an Sushi sehr stark bezweifle, dass es alles so schnell verkauft wird.

Regarding your comment about freshness (which has since been deleted : I wouldn't call it fresh (especially for RAW fish if the sushi sits there from morning till night – that's 17(! hours! I also wouldn't be surprised if the sushi is leftover from the day before, because with that quantity of sushi, I highly doubt it's all sold that quickly.
