I cannot put maximum 5 stars because: Chashu slices are very small, they are equally small like the suface of the egg (the slices were bigger before) The broth smell vinegar somehow but it doesn’t taste vinagar. We have to wait a bit long for ramens. I prefer when you put Bokchoi for garnish Otherwise it’s really good compare to Fufu
nice räucherent. very nice staff and cozy location. started with the Hasami-agé, which is a delicious tapas. the tantanate rays were diceed and tasteful, total good quantity. If they want to order from here, I would recommend eating and not for better tasting dishes and the best experience.

Quite disappointed since it’s a restaurant ran by Japanese people. The Chashumen was very salty and lacking of broth. The matcha cake didn’t have a strong matcha taste, the flavour was dominated by the grapefruit jelly.
very good. there are many Asian restaurants in the opposite, but I found these amazing. Eating was absolutely fantastic, full of taste and also felt authentic. personal very nice. sitting outside and inside.
