Well well well ... .... we were looking forward to have a nice dinner ... something different to all the other chains so something more fancy the things we like. I’m trying to be fair as much as possible.... First the positive part .. the food and the service was brilliant always full glasses and our files were delicious nothing to complain ; ... although the meat wasn’t a wow effect! The fries were kind of not really good and the portion was actually for 5 ... so maybe the “mass” production made them just not delicious. No 5* because the ambiance is just not my type... for me it had some sort of a Asia buffet style feeling... and just not really up to date. Our visits wasn’t bad but not eno...
This is my families go to place for a nice restaurant. This is the only steakhouse in and around Denver that I will pay the money for a steak, because it is the only place that serves me something I can't make at home better and cheaper. My wife has tried many of the seafood dishes and has always been very happy, I suggest sharing the Lobster Mac side. We will sit in the dining room for occasions, but really enjoy the lounge if we are just going for a regular evening. All of the staff are great, they really do a good job of reading the table and being as involved as appropriate.
Eddie Merlots is excellent. I literally don’t have a single complaint. I went for lunch and had the Salmon and broccoli with a hand mixed lemonade. It was hot, fresh tasting, and seasoned!! Most restaurants in Denver don’t season but they do!! My servers attended to my every need and they were tipped well. I would definitely love to go again. I go during lunch to save money so if the price is your concern go for lunch. Either way it’s worth it. Service: Dine in
Service was great and the dining was lovely, but for a four course meal it seemed very old fashioned. This would be a good place to take a tame date or family, as there is nothing there slightly adventurous. the actual plates of food were nice, although my lobster mac and cheese had no lobster and no flavor. Still, the burger itself was great, and the sides were ok too. Id go here again with a group as their front of house was really excellent

We had a few funtastic night with Jay as we sat in the bar area and drink some Italian jobs and had appetizers, mostly sliders. We really enjoy the decor. The place was immaculate. The drinks were great the food was great but she the mixologist made our night even more special. I love going to restaurants and people engage. I can’t say anything bad about this place or experience was great and we WOULD go back.
Our dinner and service was amazing. The french onion soup is perfection. The grilled romaine salad is such a great combination of flavors and a must have. We also had the Filet Del Mar which is the perfect size filet with crab and an amazing sauce with shrimp and potatoes. It was one of the best dishes I have ever had. The service was impeccable. Such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back.
It's been a while since we've eaten out so we had a date night. Eddie's recently reopened and went out of the way to address covid concerns. Our table was spaced, we waited in the car prior to being seated. Once we sat down we were treated to very excellent service, a great menu, and good wine selection. Great date night for adults.
In the top 10 best dining experiences of our life! We celebrated my 50th birthday last night. Kennedy and the other waitstaff were very attentive and helpful. Everything was delicious. We could not have enjoyed it more! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5

The food and drinks here are delicious! Not 1 bad thing about this visit. The filet mignons were grilled to perfection. My girlfriend and I were very pleased. Thank you Jackson and the rest for the experience!
