Eddie V's Prime Seafood

I have came here 3 times in the past month. I ordered a filet mignon, so did my friend. His was ordered medium, and the cut was a perfect medallion. Mine ordered medium rare and was shaped like a triangle, unevenly seared and it very negatively effected the taste, texture and flavor. I have come here 3 times and all 3 times I have been served a subpar cut of the tenderloin. Mine also had fat on it which it shouldn’t. I took it home and you can see the fat clearly visible in the photo. Out of not wanting to make a scene I sucked it up but this is subpar quality and I am upset this is now the 3rd time in a row I have been served a bad cut of meat.Out of aggravation I am begging Eddy Vs Prime t...

If you're vegetarian go elsewhere. They do have an additional small menu for vegetarians and gluten free which is good but not enough choices. Ambiance is excellent, service is very good. Food was good except for the limited choices. The entrance was all the way from the other side of the parking and there was no signage so it was a bit odd. Huge restaurant, plenty of parking.

Really an incredible dining experience. From the moment we walked in. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. The food was perfect. Our server Darrell was probably the best we’ve ever had in any restaurant. He the meal that much better. We highly recommend Darrell and Eddie V’s in Burlington.

Great experience tonight at Eddie V's, as usual! The food and drinks are consistently awesome! Love the vibe and live music. But our bartender, Lisa, made the night special. She's kind, professional, and a genuinely nice person. Thanks for a perfect evening!
