Only wanted a coffee, tea and muffin. Took over 30 minutes to arrive. Staff pleasant but not helpful. When we arrived it said to wait for a table. The waitress said oh there are none that are clean. They had been cleared but not cleaned. Then took ages for someone to come and ask what we wanted. Noone gave us a menu. Then had to wait 30 minutes. Then you have to line up to pay. At the counter they were also serving people who wanted to take cakes away. We should have asked for takeaway and then sat at the table. At least we would have been served quicker. I heard the waitress tell someone else that they were short of staff. By the other reviews it seems they always are. Then we were charged...

Service was atrocious! The waitresses did not know which table was which, who to bring food to or how to take orders and bring bills in an effective and efficient manner. We waited over 30 minutes to receive our bill, at which point we went up to the register to pay as did a few other groups. The lady at the till was told to not process table orders as the customers should wait for their bill at their table. Mind you, this was the waitress that could not figure out which orders belonged to which table. The overall food was ridiculously overpriced for a salad that was straight of the packet from Woolies. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend. The cafe is poorly organi...

I was looking forward to a delicious lunch with my son at Eden's Nursery on a lovely July day. What a disappointment. The menu was limited in its selection, so I settled for a coffee, which took about 20 minutes to arrive. My son did enjoyed his fish and chips & milkshake. I later ordered a cheesecake which wasn't fresh so left most of it. Staff were pleasant but slow. This is a lovely nursery. I'll be back for the plants and shop but will give the cafe a miss next time.

Went there today to have a light lunch with a friend. The service was almost non-exsistant, the menu very limited, totally uninspiring and expensive. We ended up ordering just a coffee due to the lack of choice on the menu. No-one came near us again: we were not offered water, or asked if we would like another coffee. I have enjoyed this place in the past but will not go there again. Book a table now

Booked for 9 adults, 2 children for $65 Mother's Day brunch. Booking at 1:00pm, received entrees at 2:20, past 3:00 and waiting for main. Deplorable, if you can't provide adequate service, don't take the booking or get out of the service industry. Stop robbing people and taking money in the premise of having an enjoyable experience.

Wrnt to their Dragonfly cafe with my family. This place has non-existent service, unfriendly staff who think customers are a nuisance and has overpriced menus ($7.50 for bread rolls!) Had to get my own high chair for my infant because they dont care. What a disappointment. Seriously don't bother coming here for meals.

We had a reasonable lunch here. The food was okay, the setting was nice, the service friendly. On the minus side though, the meals are quite expensive for lunch, and even though the restaurant was not at capacity, the meals took place quite a long time to come.

Food looks and tastes great but a little overpriced, not much to snack on so must buy meals most of which are around the $30 mark.
