We stopped coming to this location because of the inconsistencies and pretty poor service. The food was disappointing—not nearly good enough to justify the steep prices. I noticed one of the cooks handling food without gloves, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, when my husband went to pay for our takeout, they suggested tip amounts starting at 24%. My mother raised me and my three sisters on tips, and I believe that you need to do more than just take an order and bag it up to earn a tip of that size. Ultimately, the main reason for the low rating was the food quality.
It seems that getting an order right is just too much to ask from this place. Despite paying delivery fees and tips, the service was disappointing. I won't be recommending it.
There were 4 of us. One wanted their eggs over easy the rest asked for over medium. We all got over easy. The service was unimpressive.
