This Eggsmart location is close to where I live, so I was excited to have it be my solid brunch location....but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. We came around 2pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was relatively empty, we were seated by the window. Literally just order from here. I ordered the the two-handed Norwegian smoked salmon bagel.1. It was supposed to come with arugula but instead they put spinach. No one called to asked me if they were able to substitute not even considering I have an allergy to spinach2. The sandwhich is supposed to have a spicy cream cheese. You’d think it would be an infused cream cheese with Jalapeños considering there was an option to remove the jalapeños.. wrong, they just put dashes of Tabasco sauce on it.3. I paid an extra $1.99 to have cheddar cheese on my home fries. Nope, instead they added processed cheese onto my smoked salmon bagel.. can you imagine how disgusting that would be to have processed...

Ordering breakfast is like buying a car todayFirst pay the base price, then add on upgrades/extras.Eggsmart charges .50 cents extra for rye bread toast, so we paid extra for 4 orders, yet none of the toast ever made it into our bagSo typical of food staff, no one cares anymore to check orders before orders go out! Servers had wet cough. No mask was on their face. Servers were not attentive at all. The food presentation on the plate was awful. The server was slamming down the plate when serving. Overall, it was quite a disappointment for this location.
Good food, reasonable prices. Staff are great. Menu is vast. Quick service. Don't love the parking though there are several spots available. Has become my weekend go to, an alternative to Wimpy's at Bathurst and Sheppard.
Great food, friendly staff, delicious coffee at a reasonable price! Can't ask for more in a brunch spot. Will definitely be coming back.
