I use to visit this location quite often when I lived closer to it. The service was great and they would remember you. I decided to visit again when I needed coffee for a group of people recently, and it was just as great as it was before, the coffee and the service. The consistently friendly service and quality food/drinks makes it worth it even if I don’t live nearby anymore.
absolutely love this place. the staff are really nice and helpful. I placed an order online (while in the parking lot) to pick up in the store (had a free coffee reward to use but it had to be a mobile order) and the app told me it would be ready in 10-15 min. but it was ready in about 5 min. we had a few bagels and 2 drinks (including my coffee) and everything was perfect.
Best Einstein's Bros in town! Not only are the best bagels in town, but the best service too! Sarah and her crew have the most positive attitude and genuinely care about their customers. They have had staffing issues as all places have had, but they have handled it like a champ. Can't say enough great things about this location!
I come here quite often. I first started visiting them when I lived in Colorado and I absolutely loved their Caribou coffee. Now, I'm a weekly visitor here in springfield. Best bagels I have ever had and their bagel sandwiches, particularly the farmhouse and the all nighter, are amazing. Book a table now

Favorite place to meet folks for coffee and breakfast. And love the help yourself to several different coffees. Although I was disappointed the carmel butter coffee was not a option this visit.
Amazing breakfast bagels and great drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but it's worth buying on special occasions because it is really good food.
Spent 15 bucks, and I'm still hungry. That tiny little sandwich? And this is one of those places that shames you into adding a tip. I'll go somewhere else next time. Book a table now
