"Worst Bagel ever. When I ask for a toasted bagel, I expect toasted. Not some butter slapped on the bagel and slid in a warmer. Not toasted at all. Total disappointment."

To be fair, I did eat the burrito despite it being cold, and it wasn’t terrible; it just would have been much better hot. Others in our group ordered bagels, which were average—not the best, but not the worst either. One person ordered a cold brew caramel shake, and their mother questioned whether it contained any coffee at all; if it did, it was completely unnoticeable. Interestingly, all the tables were stacked away with signs indicating they weren’t available for public use, yet our group sat down anyway. The employees were accommodating, which I appreciated. There was also an issue in the restrooms; one was missing a towel dispenser. Perhaps this was a hint towards the unfortunate burri...

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I stopped by on a weekday morning (10/27) to pick up two dozen bagels and a box of coffee. To my surprise, I was told that I couldn't get the coffee unless I placed an advance order, and it would take up to 30 minutes to prepare. This was unexpected, especially since the restaurant was quite empty at the time. I asked if I could order the coffee then and return in 30 minutes to pick it up, as I live nearby, but the gentleman at the counter declined. He mentioned that they were short-staffed, even though there were only two customers in the restaurant, including myself, and just one employee at the register. Overall, the customer service le...

I was quite disappointed with my experience. Normally, I order from the nearest store, but the "order ahead" option wasn't available this morning. We placed our order in advance and drove to this location, only to discover that there was no check-in option when we arrived. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for my order after a 15-minute drive. When I finally got home, I found that my bagel was the wrong one. Overall, this visit was very unsatisfactory.

This place used to offer great bagels, but the last dozen I bought were truly terrible. Sure, they were round and made of bread, but that's where the positives end. They were thin, crumbled when I tried to cut them, and had no flavor at all. Honestly, they were some of the worst commercial bagels I've ever tasted. It's a shame because now I have to drive further just to find decent bagels. Book a table now

If you've been in New York or New Jersey for a while, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. You probably won't find their bagels satisfying. A bagel with egg and cheese, along with a plain bagel and cream cheese, costs $10! Honestly, it barely resembles a real bagel. Even my 5-year-old, who usually loves bagels, didn't want to finish her meal.

If you've spent a good amount of time in New York or New Jersey, I wouldn't suggest dining here. The bagels just don't compare. A bagel with egg and cheese, plus a plain bagel with cream cheese, costs $10, and it’s barely even a bagel! Even my 5-year-old, who usually enjoys bagels, didn’t want to finish her meal.

I'm not a big fan of this restaurant. They're either out of items, too busy, or messing up my order. I'll likely return, but I need to move past this negative experience first. The picture I'm attaching shows a $7 sandwich, but given the amount of ingredients, it should be priced considerably lower.

I’m done with this place. I picked up some bagels a while back, and the holes were so big you could throw a golf ball through them. The salmon cream cheese was just a name—it tasted artificial and didn’t resemble what it should have at all. I really hope a better bagel shop takes over this one. Book a table now

I’m really disappointed with this bagel shop. We used to really enjoy coming here, but the quality of the bagels has significantly declined, and it seems like they no longer prioritize what they provide to their customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
