El Cenachero is a little rustic café on the coast between Faro Fuencaliente lighthouse and the La Palma Princes hotel. It overlooks the beach and “Shack” village of Punta Larga. The views are superb over the rough but idyllic weekend village. The food is rustic, mainly seafood based and very tasty. The atmosphere sat in the open overlooking the beach is just super. It attracts both locals and tourists as well as people who use the shack houses in the village. There were workers from the surrounding banana plantation and I even noticed members of the animation team from the nearby 4 star hotel (Clearly preferring this to 4 star food! . This is a little kiosk in the middle of masses of bananas, when walking from the hotel Princess to the Faro it is about 45 minutes in to the walk. It is a welcome place to have a drink or snack and is inexpensive. We ate there twice as well the food is local, freshly prepared and well cooked. The bar us popular with the locals as well, which is always a good sign. The views over the beach are great and steps or a path will get you down to the small cove.
Me and my other half came across this place back in September 2017 and just been back last week January 2018. Well the staff here are very friendly and a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Beer is cheap and the food looked good (we didnt eat but looked nice). We stayed down the road and was about a 30 mins walk from the hotel and they even will let you have a beer for the way home. Looking forward to going back soon.
The bar cafeteria El Cenachero is a great place for having a quick lunch. All food that you can get there is freshly made and prepared to order. The papas locas can be highly recommened. However, the kiosko offers a wide range of mostly typically Canarian foods, e.g. papas arrugadas and mojo. Furthermore, everything is very moderately priced and tasty. The service is friendly and meets Spanish standards.

We stopped at this cute little cafe on our walk from the Princess hotel to the lighthouse. It's a nice spot to have a little break with a gorgeous view. The food is delicious and the staff was very friendly. On our way back we stopped again to have a cup of coffee and had a lovely view of the sun setting in the sea. Didn't finish watching the sunset though since we wanted to get back before dark.
A really varied menu with lots of tapas and typical Canarian dishes at reasonable prices. The bar was very popular with locals, which is always a good sign. The food was delicious, especially the garlic prawns. The waitress did bring us the (more expensive) bill for a different table at first, but it was a genuine mistake and we laughed it off.
Do not use a credit card here. After you have eneterd your pin saff take the handheld device and select your card local currency conversion option without giving you a choice which is a very poor exchange rate. I asked them to reverse the transaction and they refused. Average food and location but BEWARE.
Bigger menu than the other kioscos, but still good. Fish was fresh, bit too long on the grill though. Nice view overlooking the little bay, mainly packed with locals. When crowded longer waiting times can be expected, but who cares...

Lovely old harbour and cafe. On the south there are only a few beaches so this one gives good access to the sea. Friendly cafe with good views.
