at my first visit here I parked outside and called into my order. I ordered a menudo and 6 barbacoa tacos. I waited 10 minutes and went in, I smiled and said good morning to the man behind the register when I went up, he literally opened me up and down, he never said good morning, welcome to nothing. I stood at the window and he was just looking around, but never directed his attention to me. I finally said I'm here to pick up my order I called. he goes from behind and goes to a table to the right and fetches a time and went back behind the register. he went on to just look at me up and down and when he came into the register, he said that you eat there on the table, said the price of my eat...
menudo! leave it too face, menudo is not for all and not everyone can do it. this place will definitely satisfy their palette if they dont or cant make it themselves. I can't comment on other food bc once I tried ther menudo I couldn't try anything else. they also have excellent aguas frescas! est is clean, server are nice, and the only reason I have a 4 stars because they are on the slower side.
To be fair i have only had their caldo de res and nothing else, however that dish alone is delicious. I would definitely recommend this place just for that. I update once i visit and try other food. Price is reasonable.
we stopped for lunch, 05/22/22. great food, great service, friendly. highly recommended. the enchiladas verdes were good, the juevos with chorizo were also good.
