This restaurant is located in a small bat and is one of the two in a cantabria with a michelin star. the other is the serbal and it is of the same owners, although this is much more beautiful and somewhat cheaper, without failing to be very expensive, but serves the same dishes or very similar to the other. the new mill has a large garden, several dining room, a precious fountain and even a kind of subdivision water course that is equipped for a small group meeting.
