Very disappointing only the interior reminds of Thailand. You believe a 5 star hotel with a Thai restaurant, that had the queen of Thailand for opening, serves authentic Thai food? Don't get tricked it's as far from authenticity as Tenerife is from Bangkok...light years... I wonder why I get bread and butter served at the beginning (I started to miss the aioli). Starters were ok ish, but the main courses served were a disaster. Starting with the ridicuously small portion of (overcooked) duck in something of a tamarind sauce (that reminded me more to port wine reduction), the absolute absence of Thai vegetables (i.e. Pak Choi), but instead cawliflower and broccoli, and the total absence of Th...
Wonderful ambience, extremely polite service. Everyone spoke perfect English which is not the case with many restaurants in town. The service was a bit slow as other people mention but we did not mind. I had a curry with coconut and peanut butter which was the best I ever had. My husband on the other hand did not like his dish which was a roasted duck with a tamarind sauce. The mango ice cream was excellent. Prices are a bit high compared to other restaurants in the area but the restaurant is part of a high profile hotel. Overall it was worth the visit!
We ate here twice as the food was so good. The surroundings are comfortable and classy and the service was excellent. They serve complimentary prawn crackers and delicious sauces to start. We can recommend the thai red chicken curry and the duck curry, which were both absolutely delicious. Portion sizes are good too. The wine was excellent.
Alhough our reservation was made a week in advance, we felt anything but welcome. Arrogant and unprofessional guest reception. Food very average and downgraded, once again. What used to be a fabulous dining experience some twenty years ago, is just a memory nowadays, thanks to regular downgrading.

Tan bueno que fuimos dos veces en una semana. Hermosa habitación, excelente auténtica comida tailandesa, y el Maitre d' Jorge era excepcional y extremadamente amable. Muy recomendable y esperando con interés nuestra próxima visita ya.
We were looking forward to eating at this restaurant but were harassed by the waiter who kept saying that a big party was arriving and we'd have to eat quickly and leave. The portions were small but tasty.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The ambience is great and staff were lovely. The food we had was delicious we tried two different duck dishes) and the tangerine sorbet was a perfect finish!

El local es muy bonito y bien decorado, la comida era deliciosa, sabrosa y muy bien expuesta. Los camareros eran muy amables.
Enjoyed our meal here decent thai food with very good quality meat. Smallish portions and highish prices.
