Poor choice. Food was a total disappointed, the service was great but regardless of getting there :45 minutes before closing, I think it's enough time to cook an order of a bandeja paisa and a pork steak. The pork steak had no flavor at all what so ever and in top that over cooked , the meat in the bandeja paisa was over cook when we asked for medium rare. The worst, they ran out beans but the manager did supplement with some meat empanadas and that's why I mentioned the service was excellent.
We ordered two large picadas as take-out and the steak was hard, barely any chicharrón, it was mainly fried and plantains. We called and the gentleman that answered was rude and unhelpful. We were not even seeking economic restitution, we merely wanted to notify of the low quality food and he basically dismissed us as if we were wasting his time.
Food was delicious and service was great! Our server was Diego and he was super attentive. We had the sancocho de costilla and cazuela de frijoles! Both were great choices! Honestly one of the best Colombian restaurants in west Kendall. Will definitely return!Food: 5/5

We love Palacio de los Frijoles! The food is delicious and tastes homemade. You dont get tired of ordering from them because there is so much variety. Diego and Santiago are always so nice and attentive.
