El Poblano Grill - Table reservation

First of all, when you order online it says free churros and when you get to pick up it turns out that they don't give you the churros because they don't appear in the order. Hello!! El Poblano has been one of my favorite places to eat since they opened it today April /7//24, I received the best service from Miss Paola, she explained the menu to me, she was attentive and it was a unique experience, congratulations to the Poblano for having top-notch staff. !!

BEWARE, SCUMMY PRACTICES.As a party of 4 we were charged an 18% service fee during non busy hours, this was not disclosed to us prior to service.Also, this place charges 4% for paying with card......Pretty sure a law was just signed in NY which makes that illegal.
