The restaurant showed promise, but there's definitely room for improvement in customer service. The food was generally good, and the lobby was clean and maintained a comfortable temperature. It would be great to see more teamwork among the front-of-house staff, with team members stepping out of their stations to assist customers instead of retreating to avoid busy periods. Overall, a bit more initiative and collaboration would enhance the experience.
Did not get her name, but a young woman sneaked my mother and I while I was in the drive thru after failure, us 2 articles we ordered that were not in the pocket. The rude part was her and her colleague who took the payment to avoid coming back to the window to solve the problem. We were ignored until a young man can participate in our needs. You have to withdraw both employees.

Very un responsible always late on opening, 2 days on a roll. They don?t even put a sign up on drive they to notify people or anything. Not Coming back that?s a for sure thing!
