Kopan Sushi Ramen - Table reservation

I'm so glad kopan is expanding their location and their menu. I've been going to the original Fullerton location for years and finally got the chance to try their buena park location. Service was good. Food came out quickly. I ordered the kara miso ramen. Very good and creamy. Tried their truffle salmon and albacore wrap. I like the concept. No rice so its low in carbs. Kopan is my all time favorite ramen place. Always been consistent in quality and taste

excellent ramen. broth is delicious and the noodles are chewing. they offer a variety of options to choose from. the day we went, they ran out of calamari and huh. Instead we ordered the otopus and garnel the children enjoyed it. if they make a yelp or Facebook check-in, they get a free soda. no public wlan.

friendly and quick service, delicious food for a reasonable price. my wife enjoyed the donburi bowl and I have a dark ram with black garlic oil in it creamy broth with pork belly, ei, seaweed.) was delicious but not sharp.

Be aware! All foods from this restaurant are frozen food from Costco and Walmart, they serve frozen dumplings, frozen shrimp pasta and instant rice

Terrible, quick. Well prepared. Take care of their customers. Masks required. Surely recommend.
