My first time at an El Pollo Loco (btw love the name ? . We chose to dine-in. The place was quite, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions about their menu. I had the chicken&avocado bowl and the rest of the family had chicken quesadillas, tacos al carbon and chicken burritos. The flavours were there and the prices were good. My only comment for the store manager would be to ensure that the avocados in the chicken&avocado bowl be as fresh as possible because mine were a little passed their best point and they are one of the two main ingredients of the dish. But we would definitely go again! Thank you.
Don't go inside to order. Drive thru gets all the attention, they don't care that people inside have to wait a long time well beyond if you had used the drive thru. Had an issue using rewards. Person asked for the manager's help. It took a crazy amount of time for him to come over. Just a simple acknowledgement that he would be over in minute would have been nice, but no. Felt very ignored. Problem was easily solved, but wouldn't want to come back to this location.
As for the food, it was just as disappointing. My coworker and I both ordered the double chicken salad, but they served us shrimp instead. The shrimp was overcooked, and the avocado was dark and spoiled. We ended up throwing it away because we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
The cashier was attentive and friendly, greeting me with a smile both when I arrived and when I left. The service was impressively fast; they quickly prepared and served my meal after cutting the chicken. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this location!

Really good food but took awhile to get the food after it was oder. Thought it was fast food? The lobby had kids running around like there parents had no mind to control them. Price was not to bad.
We liked this place so well, we went back a second night. Beautiful, fresh food presentation and so delicious. Great service. Even passed the picky 9-year old's test.
The service is excellent and prompt. The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean and tranquil.
He thought I had chicken from the day before, it was very old. It's a shame because you pay for something that's fresh.
